100% Recyclable Packaging Bags
BEYIN produces bags using common recycling resin codes of PETE, PET, HDPE, V, LDPE, PP and PS. Bags made from these widely recyclable No.1-7 plastics allow products to be packaged responsibly without sacrificing performance. Kraft paper and compostable stand up pouches materials options are also fully recyclable.
Sizes are customizable according to customer needs. The bags break down cleanly after use, feeding back into material reprocessing streams. This supports the circular plastics economy by keeping materials out of landfills. Biodegradable Packaging Bag Technologies
BEYIN developed two proprietary biodegradable bag structures:
PLA-Based Composite Bags: Derived from renewable plant starch, polylactic acid (PLA) fully biodegrades without leaving microplastics. The flexible film composite maintains strength while breaking down naturally.
Oxo-Biodegradable Composite Bags: Made with additive technologies, these bags begin to degrade upon exposure to oxygen and UV light from sunlight. Full bio-degradation occurs within 3-5 years, returning the materials to nature.
Both bags offer transparent and printed options comparable to conventional plastics but with the added sustainability benefit of end-of-life biodegradability on land or sea. This protects ecosystems from harmful long-term debris impacts.
