Beyin packing provide with the digital printing and rotogravure printing.There's no MOQ for digital printing,but for rotogravure printing,will need about 10,000~100,000pcs MOQ requirement.
Digital printing,
is using a blanket to transfer ink to the medium (the principle of thermal offset transfer), which is heated to melt and mix ElectroInk particles and become a smooth film.A definitive image is produced on the blanket and then transferred to the substrate by direct contact.Digital printing is fast printing.As digital printing production time is short, there's no MOQ requirement, and the lead time can be shorted to 7 days. Since it is a quick print, no printing fee is required.But unit price of the mylar bags is relatively high;
Rotogravure printing
which belongs to copperplate printing, is to engrave patterns and texts by hand or electronic engraving machine, and then coat them with a layer of chrome.When printing, the surface of the printing plate is immersed in the ink, and the ink scraper removes the ink in the blank part, so that the ink only remains in the cells of the graphic part,and then under the pressure of the plate roller, the ink is transferred to the substrate ( film) surface to obtain prints. Rotogravure printing belongs to traditional printing. The substrate of gravure printing is film, and the surface film is divided into several specifications according to the fixed thickness, and the length is more than several kilometers.
Advantages: no color deviation, high color saturation fidelity, and all kinds of colors of the design draft can be restored in the largest Chengdu. The price can be about 10 times lower than digital printing.
To sum up: If the new product has just been promoted, and don’t know how the sales will be. Considering the trial and error cost of the company and the risk of slow sales, digital printing is generally recommended that if it is in the product trial sales stage, to see the packaging effect and market feedback. If the sales volume is more than tens of thousands, it is recommended to use rotogravure printing, which has low unit price cost and high color reproduction, which is more conducive to improving the packaging outlooking, product impression and corporate impression.
