How we make a final bag?

In order to give you the final bag, there are many steps.
First of all, we need to agree on the details before production, like bag type(flat bag, stand up bag, side gusset bag, flat bottom bag), size, material( plastic bag or paper bag, with or without foil, matt or glossy, etc), thickness, design and quantity. Especially design, since its the most complex one, and once confirmed requires cylinders, even if a slight change will need to change cylinders. By the way, we have 3 own designers, which means we can help on designning.

After that, we come to the production steps, cylinder making-printing-laminating-drying-cutting. We will make cylinders first based on the design we confirm, one color one cylinder. Then we do printing by the cylinders, normally we print on the inner side of the outside layer, like inside of PET, BOPP, NYLON, etc. After printing, we do laminating for different layers, first outside layer with middle layer, then outside and middle together with innder layer. At the begining of laminationg, its not that firm and good for the bag, so we need to put the rolls into a homothermal room for normally 12-48 hours based on different material, then the material will be smellproof and firm enough. Then we finally come to the last step, cutting. Before cutting, the bag keeps in a whole roll, while after cutting, there comes out separate bags. But if you just need film rolls for filling machine, then no more cutting into pieces, but still need to cut the rolls into small ones, which can be suitable for you to use.

Why MOQ is high for gravure printing?

Gravure printing is our method, but it requires a higher MOQ, mainly because of the production speed and waste. First, the speeds of our all machine are very fast, like printing, it can be over 200 meters one minute, and the printing machine itself is around 10 meters, you can image like a bag size 10*20cm, 1000 pcs just need 100 meters of material, which even cant run the machine. Thousand, speaking of waste, we use cylinders and ink for printing, each color will be adjusted based on its design by our skilled worker, but even the best worker need time and material to check the right color, while if just like 100 meters material, there is even not enough for them to perorate. The most difficult thing is starting, once start, things will be easier. So it nearly costs the same for producing 1000 pcs bags and 10,000 pcs bags on our side.
