Classification of packaging bags according to bag type
Packaging bags can be divided into several types according to the bag type, and what are the characteristics and differences.
1 The three-side sealing bag is the simplest, most conventional and best-sealed bag type. It's also called flat bag or sleep bag,during the bag making process, the three sides are heat-sealed, and the remaining side is heat-sealed after filling. Suitable forall kinds of food and clothing , tools, fertilizers and pesticides. In many cases, flat bgs need to be vacuum packed. The reasons for this are also very diverse. 2 Middle-sealed bags, also called back-sealed bags, different from three-side seals that heat-sealing on both sides,it is a packaging bag with edge-sealing on the back of the bag body. Back-sealing bags have a wide range of
applications, such as candy and Instant noodles, dairy products, etc. Back-seal bags can be used to store food, medicines, cosmetics, frozen foods, postal products, etc., are moisture-proof, waterproof, insect-proof, prevent
things from being scattered, lightly sealed, tight and solid, non-toxic, tasteless, and flexible.
3 Stand up pouch, the packaging bag can stand on its own without the help of external force. The production is relatively complicated, the bottom is heat-sealed,with horizontal support structure. Stand-up pouch is a relatively novel packaging form, which has advantages in many aspects such as improving product quality, enhancing shelf visual effect, portability, ease of use, preservation and sealability. Stand up pouch are generally divided into zipper pouch, spout pouch, and shaped pouch.
4 Side gusset pouch, also named quat pouch,which have gusset on both side,usually use for packing coffee,tea,snack,etc.
5 Ziplock bags, mainly with opening and closing strips, can be opened at any time. Ziplock bags have a wide range of applications, including food bags, tool bags, clothes underwear, cat food and dog food bags, etc. The ziplock bag has good moisture-proof sealing.
6 Spout bag, the structure of the spout bag is mainly divided into two parts: the nozzle and the stand up bag. The stand-up pouch is identical in structure to the ordinary stand-up pouch, but composite materials are generally used to meet different food packaging requirements. The nozzle part can be regarded as a general bottle mouth with a straw. The two parts are tightly combined to form a beverage package that supports sucking, and because it is a flexible package, there is no difficulty in sucking, and the content is not easy to shake after sealing, which is a very ideal new beverage package. Mainly packaging for liquid drinks, soft foods, yogurt, laundry detergent, facial masks, etc.
