The stand up pouch  has two display panels, the front and the back, and there's gusset bottom on the stand up pouch . When the rice is put in, the whole bottom will expand, which can support the entire packaging bag to stand on the shelf for easy display.

OK, now that the bag type is confirmed, the size and material can be confirmed. But  the customer put forward special requirements. The customer said that he wanted his packaging bag to be more humane. When it comes to humanized design, the first thing we thought of was to add a handle, because the 2.5KG rice packaging would be inconvenient for consumers to carry without a handle. With hand the whole bag of rice is very convenient to carry and take away. The customer confirmed the handle, but still felt that it was not enough. At this time,he saw our spout bag on the website and wondered if he could apply the spout bag to the rice packaging. Although the spout bag is mostly used for beverages, it is actually more convenient to
use on the food with a small volume such as rice,beans . Because a pack of 2.5KG of rice cannot be used up at one time, it will takes a period of time. For general rice packaging, consumers usually take the rice out of the packaging bag by putting in hands to pick up the rice which is not hygienic, as it can easily bring external moisture and bacteria into the packaging bag, which is not conducive to long-term storage of rice. But it’s different with a suction nozzle. Consumers can pour the rice directly from the suction nozzle which  avoids bringing bacteria and moisture from the outside into the packaging bag, thereby extending the shelf life of the rice for a longer time. I have to say it is a wonderful design.
