For general chocolate bags, we would recommend adding a layer of Al foil as middle layer . On the one hand, it can block the oxygen,moisture and UV light, and on the other hand, it can isolate other flavors from entering the chocolate. So the general chocolate bags are three or four layers. Threelayer packaging is generally made by outside printed layer +AL foil layer+inner food grade film layer,or you can add paper to made it four layers.

Generally,the chocolate bags are stand up bags,or side gusset bags.There are two samples:

1, stand up zip lock bag, size: 15*20+8cm, material:MOPP/VMPET/PE, thickness:120 microns, MOQ: 20,000 pcs.

2, side gusset bag, size:15+5*23cm, material:PET/VMPET/PE, thickness；130 microns, MOQ: 20,000 pcs.

Also besides these 2 types, you can custom your own type for chocolate bags, flat bag, eight side seal bag, even shaped bags, as your choice.
