For retort bag, first you need to figure out you will retort the bag in water or in high voltage machine, also time limit is also a big element. If you just retort your bag into water, then at most 100 degree, then Nylon/common RCPP will be ok, while if in high voltage machine, then we need to use Nylon/higher level RCPP. Also pls tell us the time you will retort the bag, then we can give the best suggestion.

Most retort bags are flat bag, no zipper, and most retort bags are also vacuum bags. Besides that, we also have made a lot of stand up retort bag.

Different bag types

Simply from bag type, we named them into 5 types, flat bag, stand up bag, side gusset bag, eight side seal bag also called flat bottom bag and film roll.

You may say there are also a lot of other bags except what i listed, but all the other bags are based on these. Like spout bags, it can be flat or stand up, you just need to add the spout, and shaped bag, its also in a square bag before, then you just cut extra material in the mould to make them like you see. Besides, zipper, euro hole, hang hole, tear notch, window, those are just details of the bags, can be added to either of them.
